FlexMLS Parallel Period Begins: Beginning Monday, March 25th, membership will be able to access the FlexMLS. The system will be available in a read only state. Login and get accustomed to the new system and ensure your contacts and personal information are correct. Mongo Fax Announcement: Mongo Fax has announced that they are discontinuing services with all their customers. Please note that the MLS had no advanced notice of this and are looking at alternatives to fill the need of this free service. In the interim, we are directing members who have need for a faxing solution to try Instanet Fax. We have provided a link on the MLXchange system under Smart Links. MLS Service Billing: Please note that you have the choice of subscribing to Regional MLS via any of the 3 RMLS shareholders. This applies to the existing MLXchange software or the upcoming Flexmls system. If you are confused about recent billing notices that were sent out you may send your feedback to: billinginfo@rmlsfl.com
Important Notice: Recently RMLS had a change in billing procedures. It was decided that each of its shareholder associations would provide MLS services and bill for those services. Each Subscriber of Regional MLS is free to choose from which association to obtain those services, regardless of association membership. It is your business decision to choose through which association you will obtain RMLS services.

New Tool For RMLS Subscribers! Beginning today, RMLS subscribers have access to New Home Source Pro, a search tool for information on new home communities in Palm Beach County. The service is free, and support is provided by the vendor.To access New Home Source Pro, click on the link provided under Resource Links on the MLXchange home page. There is a ‘getting started’ video on the NHS Pro home page that gives a good overview of the product.Subscribers can email or call NHS Pro with questions. From MarketLinx concerning Windows 8 and Internet Explorer 10 Compatibility with MLXChange:
Microsoft is expected to release the latest version of its operating system, Windows 8, on October 26, 2012. Windows 8 will come with two web browsers: IE10 Desktop and Metro.
After the recent MLXchange 5.5 Upgrade, MLXchange is compatible with the IE10 Desktop browser, but not the Metro browser. If users try to access MLXchange via the Metro browser, they will be prompted to use the IE10 Desktop browser instead.
MarketLinx will continue testing their MLS systems on Windows 8 and IE10 to ensure the best possible user experience at launch. Please note that CoreLogic (MarketLinx) will not provide support to users running on Windows 8 prior to the official launch date.
