Notice for Monday: As scheduled, Monday, June 17th, MLXchange will be Read-Only (auto-emails will cease to operate) and Flexmls will Go-Live. Every effort is being made to make Flexmls fully operational; however, members should anticipate periodic interruptions.
System Cut-Over Details: The Regional Multiple Listing Service, Inc. will be cutting over to the flexmls system June 17, 2013. On this day, the MLXchange MLS system will be changed to read only mode meaning you will no longer have the ability to add/modify listings or contacts in that system. All listing or contact additions/changes will need to be done in the flexmls system. Please use this time to get acquainted with the flexmls and ensure all your information is correct before final cut-over. MLS Service Billing: Please note that you have the choice of subscribing to Regional MLS via any of the 3 RMLS shareholders. This applies to the existing MLXchange software or the upcoming Flexmls system. If you are confused about recent billing notices that were sent out you may send your feedback to: billinginfo@rmlsfl.com
Important Notice: Recently RMLS had a change in billing procedures. It was decided that each of its shareholder associations would provide MLS services and bill for those services. Each Subscriber of Regional MLS is free to choose from which association to obtain those services, regardless of association membership. It is your business decision to choose through which association you will obtain RMLS services.
Training Update: Training classes on MLXchange and Realist are now being offered by the local Realtor® Associations. For details, please call your Association.
