 Office Visits & Training

The RMLS Training Division provides office visits by appointment at no charge. Customized training is offered at your office on MLXchange, Wyldfyre and Realist Tax for Participants, Subscribers, Assistants, Secretaries and Office Managers. It’s an opportunity to gather your staff together for a relaxed and informative meeting of personalized classes.

Avoid violations with proper instruction of Listing Input. Learn how to produce a CMA with your company’s logo, or how to print labels from the tax data base using our programs. We can attend your staff meetings, answer your agents’ questions, and help them learn our programs. Call Carol Bloom, Director of Training at 561.627.4548 to arrange your customized instruction. Note: Brokers and Agents must be active subscribers to RMLS.

Registration or Cancellation Instructions
NOTE: A $10 charge will be applied to your account if you do not REGISTER or CANCEL your attendance within 24 hours prior to any class. This includes showing up at a class without registering. Registration or Cancellation is important because:

  1. If there are not enough participants registered for a class, the class will be cancelled.
  2. If a class is cancelled, we will notify you via email to save you the trip. If you are not registered, you will not receive notice.
  3. If you “just show up” without registering, there may not be enough space in the room to accommodate your presence, nor ample handouts to follow along. Our instructors prepare based on the number of attendees.

General Procedures and Systems (GPS)
GPS is designed to welcome all new and returning RMLS Participants and Subscribers. This three-hour course paints a broad brush overview of our systems and procedures, including an introduction to the RMLS products, services, rules and regulations. COURSE DESCRIPTIONS & OUTLINES

Compliance Class

This program provides instruction on how to use the RMLS Rules & Regulations, Compliance Guidelines and the ‘Data Checker’ in MLXchange. Additional support is provided to assist with data accuracy when entering a listing.

Tools for Professionals

The annual “Tools for Professionals” program is a fast-paced special event highlighting enhancements to our current software and introducing new benefits adopted the previous year. It is the RMLS update for products and services offered and featured in our newsletter.

RMLS/DBPR Forms & Billing

This is a two-hour course available to brokers, office managers and administrators concerning the RMLS Rules & Regulations related to billing. Attendees learn the procedures and processes necessary to maintain accurate “Agent Rosters” so the Broker will not be responsible for additional fines and fees. It enables attendees to review the office account balance to ensure that agents are current with their service fees.
