In addition, Supra recommends that eKEY customers should delay obtaining a new Blackberry device if it runs version 7.1. Blackberry devices that may run version 7.1 include: 
BlackBerry Bold 9790/9900/9930
BlackBerry Curve 9350/9360/9370/9380, and
BlackBerry Torch 9810/9850/9860.

9/2011  Listing Expiration Date View Change: The view capabilities of the Listing Expiration Date field have been changed. Expiration Data can now only be viewed by the Listing Broker, Listing Agent and administrative Personnel. Agents within the office will no longer be able to view the expiration date on other agent’s listings.

9/26/11  Sarah Chenoweth Relocating to RAPB’s WPB Office:  Effective Monday, September 26th, Sarah Chenoweth will be representing Regional MLS at RAPB’s One Harvard Circle office in West Palm Beach. Sarah has been working in the Professional Services Department at the corporate office of RMLS since 2006. 9/19/11  ActiveKEY Lease Renewal Reminder:  The due date for ActiveKEY lease renewals for 2011-2012 is September 19th. You may make payment online or via USPS. Supra’s website is http://www.supraekey.com/. If you do not wish to renew your lease for the upcoming year, please return the ActiveKEY before 9/19/11 to avoid all financial responsibilities.

9/19/11  ActiveKEY Lease Holders: Renewals are due Monday, 9/19/11. Please pay online at SupraWeb. If you have insurance, keep in mind that it will be billed on a separate invoice. You must pay that invoice in order to keep insurance for the renewing year. If you wish to terminate the lease, please bring your key to any RMLS office as soon as possible to avoid being responsible for additional fees. If you are not sure you have insurance on your ActiveKEY, please contact Prof.Services@rmlsfl.com. You can add insurance any time by following these instructions.

9/9/11  Indian River Subscribers re: iBoxes  The Realtors Association of St Lucie (RASL) in a combined effort with Regional MLS (RMLS), can assist you to transfer your SUPRA iBoxes (lockboxes) from the Realtor ®Association of Indian River County (RAIRC) system to the RMLS system. We are offering this assistance because we have been notified as of September 12, 2011 RAIRC will no longer support Supra products. RASL and RMLS would like to make this transition as smooth as possible. If you plan to still use your iBoesx to secure properties, you must first have them deprogrammed at the RAIRC, then have them programmed by RMLS. You have until Friday, 9/9/11 to get your iBox deprogrammed. However, once deprogrammed, you can bring your iBox to RMLS at your convenience.
