Update Your Personal Information
To Inactivate your Regional MLS Subscription send form RE10 or RE12 to the following 3 locations:
1. Your local Association (if applicable)
2. The Department of Business and Professional Regulations (DBPR Link) (if applicable)
3. Regional MLS
If your account has been Suspended, please e-mail prof.services@rmlsfl.com to Reactivate your account.
RMLS Online Payment Instructions
1. Go to the RMLS website.
2. Select “RMLS Billing” (2nd row on top toolbar - 4th tab) then click on “My Account” in the drop
down menu, then click on “Pay RMLS Bill” at top of page
3. Enter your 8 digit MLS ID number.
4. Enter your IMS password. Note: the SAFEMLS token should not be used for this password.
If you have letters in your password, they are case sensitive.
5. Click submit.
6. Under Personal Services click on “Pay your bill online”
7. Click in the box to the far right to put a check mark in the box for invoices. You are paying now.
8. Click on the box labeled choose payment option.
9. Click on the box labeled credit card.
10. Enter your credit card information. Note: We do not accept Discover Cards.
11. Click on box labeled “Submit”.
12. Verify the information on the next page is correct. Pay close attention to the e-mail address.
This will be where your receipt will be sent.
Note: If you change the email address this will overwrite what is currently listed in MLXchange.
13. Click on the box labeled “I authorized this transaction”.
Note: The vendor name on your credit card statement will read:
REALTOR ASSOCIATION/MLS. Chicago, Il.
You can also view paid invoices by selecting “view paid and unpaid invoices” in the upper right hand corner.
To Cancel MLX Wireless:
1. Log into MLXchange.
2. On the main page go to MLX Wireless under MLS Resources and click on MLX Wireless.
3. A drop down will appear. Click on MLX Subscription Sign Up.
4. Another page will open and on the right hand side find the link under Wireless Resource Center that says Unsubscribe.
Click on that link.
5. On the next page fill out the information requested and then click submit now.
6. You will receive a confirmation of your cancellation. Keep that for your records.
7. Hit the red “X” to exit out once complete.
