2012-2013 RMLS Billing Cycle is April 1st to March 31st Annually
January 3rd: Provide a valid email address to receive billing notice(s)
January 5th: Invoices for the April 2012 – March 2013 billing cycle are posted to account(s)
January 9th: email sent notifying Subscribers the 2012-13 Service Fees have been posted to their account(s)
March 31st: DUE DATE for balance(s) of the 2012 – 2013 Annual Billing
April 1st: Late Fees assessed to accounts with balances ($50)
April 10th: Last day to have RE10/RE12 processed and not be responsible for ALL unpaid service fees (must be inactive at State (DBPR), your Realtor Association (RAPB, JTHS, or RASL) & Regional MLS)
April 21st: Services suspended for accounts with unpaid balances, including late fees
April 28th: Unpaid agent balances transferred to broker’s account for payment in full
May 25th: DUE DATE for unpaid agent fees transferred to broker, including late fees
May 26th: Office Services suspended for unpaid balances due to transferred balances
May 31st: RMLS Annual fees due
June 1st: Finance Charge assessed to unpaid balance(s) transferred to broker(s) account, will be assessed monthly thereafter based on unpaid amount
Note: Finance Charges as outlined in Section 8.6 of the RMLS Rules and Regulations:
A finance charge of eighteen percent (18%) per year or one and one-half percent (1½%) per month will be added to all unpaid fees, charges and fines that remain unpaid by thirty (30) days from date of RMLS invoice. Any account with an invoice that is more than 60 days past due may be subject to having services interrupted.
