Showing Management in MLXChange

Thanks to ShowingAssist, a showing management tool in the MLXChange system, you can access showing instructions, request showings and eliminate countless unproductive phone calls. How it Works:
- Activate the “Schedule a Showing” button
- The Showing Agent clicks the button to request a showing
- The listing agent and listing office receive the request immediately via e-mail, then confirm the appointment.
- Showing Instructions and the hours a listing is available are posted, so calls to get directions or check availability are eliminated.
- Listing Agents can even CC (copy) their wireless device to receive showing notifications while in the field.
