eKEY is software that runs on a smartphone, converting your phone into a lockbox key.
eKEY Basic Android Update: eKEY Basic for Android customers can download an important software update from the Google Android Market. This new version (1.0.1) addresses a range of syncing issues that are specific to eKEY Basic for Android devices. In particular, users should no longer encounter 9BFF and 9B03 errors when eKEYattempts to update. eKey Update Instructions
eKEY BlackBerry Update: The enhanced eKEY for BlackBerry application became available for download on June 20, 2011. You can click on the link to download the application directly onto your phone. Alternatively, you can download the upgraded application directly from your phone at www.ekeymobile.com. The link can only be seen and downloaded from the BlackBerry itself, not from your computer. Current users, begin immediately enjoying these upgrades and more:
- Sort profiles that are downloaded for quick-search, by client name (eKEY Professional version
- Experience improved keyboard operations for the BlackBerry 6 operating system
- Obtain correct SecureKEY numbers every time if you use the Clareity token
- Type listing ID quickly because searches are no longer case sensitive
iPhone Operating System (iOS5) (launched October 12, 2011): Supra has updated the eKEY software to be compatible with iOS5. It has been approved by Apple and is available on the Apple App Store. Subscribers who use eKEY for iPhone will receive a notification on the phone that the new version is available. It is important that all eKEY for iPhone users upgrade to the latest eKEY version (1.2.2). It will also show up as a red asterisk on the App Store icon directly on the iPhone.
