Wyldfyre Download & Installation Instructions
How to use Wyldfyre Flyers:
1. Login to Wyldfyre
2. Complete a search for the subject listing(s)
3. From the One Line Result table, download the photo(s) by marking the property and clicking the get photos camera Icon.
4. When the photo(s) are displayed click on the Flyers icon
Note: The initial opening of the Flyers Program will require an automatic install program. Depending on the speed of your computer it may take a moment. Please allow E-Neighborhoods to complete the required updates
Once the updates have completed you will be automatically directed to the Flyers Creation Center where you can:
1. Select the Flyer Type
2. Brokerage Branding of the Flyer
Note: To use the Brokerage branding function, your Photo and Company logo must be saved to your personal preferences.
To edit click on Preview and you can modify the displayed features to your personal preferences.
Wyldfyre Known Issues:
The CMA and Buyers Tour do not Map all properties to their correct locations.
There are various formatting issues with the CMA and Buyers Tour Reports.
Wyldfyre is missing data for the following fields:
Rented Amount, SP per living SF, SP / LP, SP / OLP, and LP per Living SF.
eNeighborhoods is researching all of the above issues.
When attempting to initialize Wyldfyre, you receive error 30874: could not delete old file.
This error will occur if you are running Vista or Windows 7. Right click on the Wyldfyre icon on your desktop and select properties. Click on the Shortcut and Compatibility tabs and check the boxes at the bottom, next to “Run this program as an administrator”. Click Apply and OK.
When clicking on Help Topics you receive the message “Failed to Launch Help”.
This is a known issue when running Wyldfyre under Vista.
Timed Download database does not have all the correct property information.
If you encounter this problem, update your timed download database. If after the update you still have the same issue, you will need to delete your local database, and initiate a complete redownload.
Error communicating with SafeMLS Pin web service: -2147221231.
You will receive this error if you attempt to run Wyldfyre on a Windows 98, or ME machine. Wyldfyre will no longer run on Windows 98 or ME machines, you must use Microsoft Windows XP Service Pack 2.
